Michelle Gary

Michelle was born and raised between Maryland and Ohio and is the second youngest of four siblings. She is now the mother of four daughters herself. Growing up in a military family provided Michelle with valuable experiences that emphasized the importance of empathy.

Michelle’s professional background spans several years in retail management, in addition to roles as a secretary and administrative assistant for multiple construction companies. She has since found her place with the Kevin Berthia Foundation. Furthermore, Michelle continues her commitment to service by working with elderly residents in a memory care unit at a local long-term care facility and serving as a substitute in the local school system.

Having faced her own mental health challenges, Michelle built a strong support network, which proved invaluable when her oldest daughter experienced similar struggles. Drawing strength from her faith and support from her community—especially Katherine—Michelle has developed a passion for helping others whenever possible.
